 This spectacular ocean front property with approximately 5 acres of natural beauty, unparalleled views, and 215 meters of beachfront and protective mangroves, it is everything your island retreat should be.  The house is located in the middle of Manzanilla Beach where you can enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing, or simply sunbathing and enjoying the scenery.  This bay is protected by a coral reef wall that splits in the middle, allowing your boat safe passage. The reef also protects the beach from rough seas, with only the calm, gentle waves reaching the shore.

The layout of this marvelous beach house consists of three structures. The main house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and entertaining area with pool table and BBQ area.  A second structure has three bedrooms all with private bathrooms, and porches with fabulous ocean views.  A “Casita” or little house, is the final piece of this sprawling beachfront paradise.  This studio also enjoys idyllic ocean views, private porch, and even its own boardwalk to the beach.
