Hello, 

We are Monika Grant and Michelle Millet, and we would like to introduce ourselves and our exciting new business venture, Culebra Sunrise Real Estate, LLC.

We have both taken this time to embrace a new future for Culebra and our families. We have a passion for the community and this beautiful little island we call home. As full time residents for over 20 years, we have a true understanding of how to get things done. We have been through the highs and lows of opening and running a business, buying a home and what it takes to maintain a property here on the island. As we all know, living in Culebra isn’t always the easiest. We are here to help.

One of the most important things about living in Culebra is the blending of cultures and personal relationships that make the island unique. With our diverse backgrounds and our many years of customer service, we have established a great network of business contacts and friendships. We look forward to making you a part of that network and working together to create a flourishing long term community. Being a part of this community is just another one of the amazing highlights of living here.
